Gaurav Gill: 2/5 Stars 09/02/2020 Lycamobile I just made an online payment for a Holland XS National Bundle. After completing the payment, i still havent received any PIN . How am i supposed to activate my bundle. I have the proof of payment reference details from my bank!! Please help urgently. Lycamobile has not yet responded. Raghunath: 1/5 Stars 19/01/2016 SIM card promised to be delivered in 72 working hours, still not delivered after 17days Ordered a sim card on 02nd jan 2016. i didnt get any tracking number. calling the customer care since 06th jan to 19th jan, one guy says the sim card has been sent, one says the order is not yet approved, one says im unable to check any details, there are 7 escalation till now on the same order - no response for any escalation.im fed up calling them daily from my friend's mobile. please help me sue this company. Barbie Queen: 5/5 Stars 28/07/2019 I have ordered online but I haven’t received I have ordered online but it haven’t come Lycamobile has not yet responded. Frank Kearney: 1/5 Stars 04/07/2017 Avoid Lyca mobile I ordered and paid for a Lycamobile SIM. The PIN for activation expires after 15 days. After 7 days the SIM never arrived. They said they would look into it and call me back within 48 hours. 48 hours passed and no SIM, no call back. I phoned them again, after 25 minutes waiting I finially got to speak with an agent. I told her I was unhappy and was requesting a refund as the 15 days would shortly expire. She simply hung up. I cant say its bad customer service, its actually bad pre-customer service. My next step is to contact my credit card compant and report the fraud. Lycamobile responded on 04/07/2017: Hi Frank, please accept our apologies for this experience. Please contact us on our Facebook page and we will be able to send you a new SIM or cancel the order altogether. Valentina Dimitrova: 1/5 Stars 19/04/2017 Not received pin Ordered lycamobile SIM with Plan. SIM has been delivered but did not receive PIN to activate the plan. I called customer care many times but no answer. I would not suggest lycamobile to anybody in future. Worst experience.. Lycamobile responded on 19/04/2017: Hi Valentina, I’m sorry to hear about this experience. You should find a PIN on your email order confirmation – please check your junk or spam folder as it may end up there.
