Natalia Trossero: 1/5 Stars 18/12/2018 Appalling service Poor is an understatement. They are thieves!!!!! I’ve lost £350 worth of goods because of their incompetence and they took 4 months to get back to me let me know they would not provide the compensation in entitled to. Royal Mail should not partner with this appalling company and they are also washing their hands. Truly disappointing. Parcelforce Worlwide has not yet responded. Herman Kriel: 1/5 Stars 01/06/2019 Parcelforce lost my documents and n explanation I send a document from London to Namibia they told me it will be delivered In 5 to 7 working days was supposed to be delivered 14 days ago still not deliver when I track it on they tracking system it say delivered the solicitors in Namibia say it's not delivered I did speak to 3 different people at parcelforce world wide all tell me a different story first they confirmed its delivered second person says no my tracking nr change the parcel was only send 10 after it was supposed to be send from London. Now they can not track the parcel told me in 24 hours they let me know they still did not let me know I phoned after 50 hours to be told the can not find it and that the send it to south African with all the corruption and the are striking since October 2018 tho they still send it there and did not realise its Namibia it have to go to with no excuse or sorry told me to wait till next week they will then escalate the case you have wait . Pav is the last person I spoke to on Monday and he dont come back or even send a email to let me know was just told he is on lunch when I phone yesterday than he is on a call but still no call back . His office told me just claim and they are just as bad I did registered a claim and no response. What a bad service provider use some one useful rather than waist your time and money o. Nick Owen: 1/5 Stars 15/08/2019 The delivery company that cant deliver A delivery company that cannot deliver! Four days and counting so far. Four attempts - apparently the driver could find the address on two occasions despite having the correct address and post code. I live on a main road!!! The other two occasions they decided I was not in. I was. No card left of course and and no parcelforce van or driver features on the CCTV. So I spend ages working through their various CRM systems trying to talk to a human. Finally, I get through and promised a phone call back. Doesn't happen. Complain via twitter and promised a call. Doesn't happen. Had to ring myself twice more. Asked for compensation - no chance the contract is not with me. I have now been promised a timed delivery for tomorrow. We shall see Parcelforce Worldwide has not yet responded. Eleni Tsartsali: 1/5 Stars 02/11/2018 Waste of time and money AVOID THIS COMPANY! I paid for global express delivery, I checked the senders details and the post office confirmed that given information was accurate and right . My parcel has been never delivered. Furthermore, their partners in Greece have never respond to my calls. I missed important personal data, ID copy, passport copy, certification etc. I missed deadline for an application. Very frustrating experience. I had to call and send emails either parcelforce or their partners and they never responded to me. They refused to make refund. They insist that they couldn't find the receiver. Nobody contact them or try to deliver the parcel. I called their partner several times for almost a week but NEVER answer my calls Totally untrustworthy company. No ethics or customer care culture. Parcelforce Worldwide has not yet responded. Jane Frost: 1/5 Stars 02/06/2018 Completely out of pocket I have used Parcel Force Worldwide twice and both times was a disaster. The first time I paid £50 to get a parcel to USA in 2 days. It took 2 weeks even though I was ringing them and pushing them along, and I lost the customer. Like an idiot I gave them a second chance, and it was even worse. I paid £60 with enhanced compensation to send an urgent parcel to USA that should have got there in 2 days. They lost it. It never arrived and they have no tracking to locate it! I put in a claim and they rejected my claim for both loss and delay, despite the extra I paid for compensation, giving no reason for refusal. I have now lost that customer too. I am out of pocket and will have to refund the customer. So I now have to take legal action against them to get my money back. Who has the time for this??? I am so disgusted with the lack of service.
