Sharon Davies: 1/5 Stars 06/02/2019 Blackbox My daughter has only just passed her test and fitted her black box as directed and watched videos ensuring she fitted it properly. However within the month the box has come off and now they have been sending threatening text messages saying her insurance is at risk of being cancelled. Now they have made her purchase a kit to stick the box back to the windscreen (they have said it wasn’t fitted properly the first time ) now this time we should film this process when fitting it so that if it does come off we have proof it was fitted properly. Funny how they didn’t say that the first time so be warned film it all and provide them with the proof they need before hand if I had seen these reviews before purchasing the insurance I would never had gone with them. Time will tell for the new kit !!!! Adrian Flux has not yet responded. C Buttery: 1/5 Stars 19/08/2017 Attempted to change my car insurance to Flux Insurance. This has been the most aggravating time consuming process I have ever encountered. The customer service were less than helpful. It has taken 8 days of endless emails and telephone calls until I finally cancelled the transaction. And had to pay £30 for the 'privilege'!! I will not, be using compare services again. Jon Clements: 1/5 Stars 05/06/2019 Awful Absolutely terrible Absolutely terrible, was highly recommend as a good broker for my sons first car. For the first 11 months ok no problems, just as he's about to renew they cancel the policy. He was 23 mph over a 40 mph speed limit for 700 yards. They can help and renew at a cost of £2400. Funny how they cancel it just as the policy needs renewing at a much higher price and fees. Be careful I wouldn't recommend Adrian Flux has not yet responded. Chris Newman: 1/5 Stars 03/09/2019 High cancellation costs Company okay for initial price, never had to claim so cannot comment on that. Their cancellation fees are astronomical. They state certain fees and charges in their T&C's but with a couple of other 1 liners they add in another host of fees, from themselves (commission) and from the original insurer. My Policy was £289 for 12 months. After 28 days of use and all of their fees my refund was £149. Take note and be warned. Adrian Flux has not yet responded.
