Sue Woodfine: 1/5 Stars 20/12/2016 Terrible customer survive I went to check tracking of my parcel and it had said it had been delivered on Sunday evening when it hadn't and I had been in all day. I have sent several emails, called the delivery company and done everything I could and they haven't got back to me and it has been 4 days when they said it would of been in 48 hours. Boohoo has not yet responded. Ruby Yard: 1/5 Stars 25/08/2019 Paid for next day delivery Paid for next day delivery and did not receive item Then received an email to say it would be next day and still didn’t recive. Very disappointing as would have just waited for standed delivery but as I paid extra for next day I would like my money back Boohoo has not yet responded. Adriana Sousa: 1/5 Stars 23/05/2018 Delay Delivery Boohoo sent me an email saying the order was shipped on the 13th May, well the the shipping is supposed to be up to 7 working days, and today is the 8th working day and the order hasn't arrived. The worst thing is that on the tracking website the order still does not even appear in distribution... And I have paid almost, 120£ for the order and 7£ for the delivery method, BOOHOO DOESN'T WORK RIGHT. Boohoo has not yet responded. Yvette Traynor: 1/5 Stars 13/02/2018 No delivery and no refund! Re: Delivery query - My delivery has not come. I have a thread of 34 emails back and forth about it being chased up for approx 3 Meeks and nothing has been done. All I get backnis an email stating they will chase it again with the delivery company. Iv had enough of this now and I either wish to order replacements or I want my money back! Leanne Langran: 1/5 Stars 27/08/2017 No item delivered and no refund I ordered my items on wednesday, they should have been delvered friday. I waited in all day, then at 7.30pm the tracking says its been delivered through my post box but it hasnt. I have emailed boohoo on several occasions and I only receive automatic responses. I've eveen contact them on facebook and I receive no replies. I want a refund for my order, I was meant to use it this weekend for a party but now I dont need as it never arrived. They have told me to print and hand sign a document and then they will investigate over 5 days. I dont have a printer, and I dont know nayone with one. Should I take legal action here? I would rather pay a solicitor than let them get away with this. They are also asking me what my door looks like but I will not provide them this information because then they can pretend they did actually sent it. If they actually delivered then they would know what my door looks like. I also have CCTV in my door and porch so I can prove that nobody came to the door. Please help me.
