Daniel Harwood: 1/5 Stars 27/01/2020 Money taken from bank account I am sincerely concerned that Credit Perfect.co.uk has withdrawn £19:99 from my Bank Account I want a full refund as it is not right that they take even though I couldn't get a loan from anyone they introduced me to! You refuse to reply to me and looking at all your bad reviews I have the same problem. I want you to cancel my membership that clearly stated after 14 days I can close the account. Well how? Your a fing con! I'm struggling to support my mentally ill teenage daughter and you do this to people. Your disgusting! please respond! Credit Perfect has not yet responded. Ibz Has: 1/5 Stars 05/12/2018 £14.99 service charge even if you dont use it this company charges you £14.99 just to store the details and might give you a selection of services, only if these services accept you. In my case they didnt accept me, I left their website only to find out 1 month later i get charged 14.99 If I would use any service I wouldn't bother writing this as I would have received their service, but I didn't get anything from them why should I then pay for something I didn't even get. The worst is that I checked my mail today and seen an information mail stating about the £14.99, this should have been stated on the website, there should have been a box i tick to acknowledge the 14.99 charge ,but they are not transparent and only send you a mail , so for those who leave their website they would never know about the charge only when its to late im sure that is reason enough to seek compensation. Your company is not transparent, and the 14.99 should have received a box to tick just as you ask us to tick boxes for a third party or t&c simple Credit Perfect has not yet responded. JOE Sprake: 1/5 Stars 26/11/2019 Money fraud Basically I was looking for an online loan for bad credit, couldn't get one, this website then came up advising we can find you one.(at this point I haven't had to accept or check any tick boxes). A loan was found advising payments would be 19.99 a month until the loan was paid off. Accepted, enter credit card details etc. And.... Nothing. 7 days later my bank called me asking if I've authorised this payment. Obviously not. As not received any loan. They gave me their number (by the way took a fair few attempts to get hold of them) they then stated the 19.99 a month was because they could "Find" me a loan provider... Haha what a joke total con merchants. Twice I've been hit by them in various guises hidden checkboxes on other loan applications. Fortunately for me I have a good Bank. Other vulnerable people don't. That's all they're hitting. Surely something has to be done to stop these crooks... Also their one contact number charges by the minute, cost me a few quid for the phone call to cancel something I hadn't even signed up to or agreed too. Oh, I also love all the fake reviews. Look at credit angel (also run by these who I've also had problems with). 80% of their 5 star reviews are staff or fake accounts. I. E. They rate 5 stars then other reviews on their page are based in Macclesfield.. I'm not a genius but it's so easy to see. I'm going out of my way to see that these get stopped. It's horrendous.. Credit angel has be doing this to people for over 3 years.. Surely something needs to be done. Glad I saw your post. Needs to come to the top of Google though. Credit Perfect has not yet responded.
