Lilian Maria: 1/5 Stars 21/02/2020 Mattress not the same as the one bought on woucher I BOUGHT A MATTRESS ON WOUCHER FROM DUREST BEDS IT GOT DELIVERED BY ONE MAN AND LEFT IN THE HALLWAY. ON OPENING THE MATTRESS ITS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN THE ONE IN THE PICTIRE. NOT AS LUXURIOS LOOKING BUTTONS NOT AS DEEP NO HANDLES ON THE SIDES. I CONTACTED DUREST BEDS THE OFFERED A £15 REFUND I REFUSED. THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPLACE BUT IT WOULD BE THE SAME MATTRESS OPENLY ADMITTING FALSE ADVERTISING IN MY BOOK. MY HUSBAND IS ON OXYGEN 24 HOURS A DAY AND THE EXPECT US TO HAVE MO MATTRESS BUYERS BEWARE ! Durest Beds has not yet responded. Angela Henderson: 1/5 Stars 17/11/2019 Mattress faulty I purchased a new bed on Woucher and 6 months later the springs in mattress are very uncomfartable and very noisy, have been back and forth with Durest beds for weeks and have got soo many e-mails about getting a replacement sent but no joy. Was told to send the mattress back so that they can asset it and then they will make a deciion. So if i sent the mattress back i asked what i as meant to sleep on they told me either sleep on the sofa or a blow up bed, i don`t think so. Customer service and after care is shocking. Asia Lovely: 1/5 Stars 26/09/2019 Badly made cheap beds I brought a bed on eBay the mattress arrives faulty at the bottom then a few weeks later the mattress become damaged and the thread all came out the bed I’m very disappointed I have been trying to contact durest beds and haven’t got any where with them this is disgusting and very unacceptable I work hard and want my refund Durest Beds has not yet responded. Julie Burge: 1/5 Stars 21/09/2018 Don’t buy from them If I could give this a minus 1 rating I would, Its the worst mattress I’ve slept on EVER, I bought a single divan with side storage, it was supposed to be a medium/ firm memory spring mattress more like soft as a marshmallow, I only slept on it for one night and had back & neck pain for 3 days after, I then paid £97.00 for a decent mattress from Argos, I was then told I could have a like for like exchange but I would have to send it back at my own expense, why would I spend money sending it back only to be given something similar? Do not buy from them, you’ll be out of pocket and their customer service is non existent Durest Beds has not yet responded. David Crook: 1/5 Stars 11/12/2017 left delivery in downstairs hallway two guys turned up this morning got my wife to sign for a bed which we were expecting which was already 24hrs late. the two guys then jumped in their van a left expect my wife to carry the bed up on her own had i known the delivery charge didnt include up your front door i would have bought locally. i think this is disgraceful leaving without a word. they also left the goods blocking the downstairs hallway and fire exit i await your reply Durest Beds has not yet responded.
