I have bought Acdo from you for ages I have been three times & there is none and the staff look at me blankly and don't know what it is even though you have sold it forever I have asked four different staff Home Bargains has not yet responded. Deb Mason: 1/5 Stars 17/11/2017 Disappointing service i returned faulty hoover which also gave me an electric shock after serveral visits to the store i was repeatedly told it had been returned to the manufacturer eleven weeks later i find out it was never returned and they now want me to accept a faulty hoover back without an apoly nor a refund even though i had no choice because of the delay to purchase a hoover from somewhere else , they dont deal with the complaint nor respond to request for a phone call i am appalled at the service given and they will not even reassure me that the hoover is safe Home Bargains has not yet responded. Linda Storm: 1/5 Stars 12/07/2015 Spred cheese on friday 10th july i bought some primula spred cheese took it home and the 11th july opened it to put on biscuits and the taste was disgusting so i looked at the date to see what it was and to find out it was 3 days out of date so i took it back to the store and was told by the manager he could sell that for a month after the best befoer date but the cheese had already gone off so how come he can sell it for a month after Home Bargains has not yet responded.
