Billie-jean Mansfield: 1/5 Stars 26/01/2020 Poor service We went to bonnie Prince derbyshire on 25/1/20 we ordered at bar which only had one person . We ordered a starter which included mushrooms which I am allergic to . So we asked for no mushrooms. Our main meal came out before the starter . We told the girl she took them back and starter came . My husband looked found mushrooms on the plate the girl asked if meal ok we said no it had mushrooms on so she took them away. We had finished our starter and she brought replacement mushrooms which we told her we didn’t order them. She took plates away mains came out she slapped on table with a enjoy then walked away. Noticed that the curry had a coating on it not very hot . But was nice . Very disappointed that it was reheated and giving us mushrooms Hungry Horse has not yet responded. Debbie McKenna: 1/5 Stars 17/01/2020 Food inedible My husband and I ordered food for ourselves and a small meal deal for our grandson. When the food finally came - the chips where lukewarm on both ours and the child’s meal whilst everything else was hot . We told the waiter that they were cold he took them away and 15 minutes later brought them back to us but unfortunately everything else was then cold . The salad that accompanied the meal was limp and hadn’t been cut just thrown on as a last minute addition. We ordered an ice cream for the child to be told that only had a couple of flavours left. Since then my 3 year old grandson has had an upset stomach. Really disappointed and appalled at the food that was served . Didn’t even get a receipt for what I had spent . Donna Bloom: 1/5 Stars 28/12/2018 Outrageous service We had booked on Boxing Day as we had in previous years. We were booked in for 1 pm and were sat waiting for over an hour before we had a stater. Then an hour and half for our main and finally had our pudding at 4:15. Each of our meals came out at different times and on more than one occasion we were waiting for one of our parties food and even after waiting for 10 minutes had to ask where our other stater was. Our steak should have been cooked medium/well done but instead was rare. Other people were coming off the street to eat off the menu and getting food before us. The service was outrageous and quite embarrassing as we had guests from USA eating with us. Hungry Horse has not yet responded.
