Deborah Starr: 1/5 Stars 02/01/2017 Item not received after months I ordered 2 virtual reality glasses back in October with hope that it would be relieved by Xmas. The payment has come out of my account atvtyebtikenof purchase and still nothing has been received. I have found it so difficult to even find this to complain to as can't find any contact details for hush hush whatso ever .Please contact me as I will be taking this further. HushHush has not yet responded. David Hinton: 1/5 Stars 14/11/2016 No power I purchased a green apple iPhone from you last December or January and wish to know if under guarantee as the problem is you put it on charge shows battery fully charged then use it for couple of minutes then shows it's flat and to reconnect charger! Julie Nattress: 1/5 Stars 02/04/2016 Rip off I would like to draw your attention to a company called hush hush, that sells all sorts of goods online, I bought two mobile phones for xmas presents, well one works fine, the other one only worked a short time,When I tried to contact them, the email address and phone number were both invalid, eventually I discovered they were trading under another name, so I emailed them, the reply I got back said they were out of the office until January 4th, the next email said the customer services manager had been trying to contact me with no success, the next email said they weren't responsible for the phone s as they came from a third party, I tried to contact said 3rd party to no avail, they didn't answer the phone or reply to my messages , so I tried to apply on line, but when I got to the bottom of the form, they wanted me to agree to pay another £45 and as I wouldn't agree to this the form couldn't be submitted, I have sent loads of emails to the said company, who tell me they have no legal obligation to refund me or replace the phone, I looked the company up on a social website and found hundreds of complaints going back to 2012 about shoddy goods , I realise I am unlikely to get my £145 back, but I really think this firm should be looked into and something done to stop genuine people being ripped off, could you please help HushHush has not yet responded.
