Martin Walton: 1/5 Stars 16/01/2020 NO ORDER RECEIVED!!!! I not received my order (trainers for my son, which was paid for using some of his Christmas money) I made on the 27/12/19. Was told on the 28/12/19 is was picked and ready for delivery. Then I had to wait until the 7/1/20 for JD sports to say they had dispatched my order........I only got this message after sending ANOTHER email complaining about the service a few hours before so I don’t believe it was in fact dispatched. After sending daily messages asking where my order was and getting the same response of ‘were very busy at the minute, your parcel will arrive soon. Please accept our apology’. I have today Had enough of the waiting and asked for a refund, had a message back within minutes form JD SPORTS saying they’ve checked my order and it’s been lost in transit and a refund will be issued within 3-5 days............I believe that when I goes back into my bank. Funny after complaining AGAIN they came back with another excuse. Upon reading comments of social media lots of other people are in the same boat as myself and have been told the exact same things. SHOCKING SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM JD AGAIN!!!!!! JD Sports has not yet responded. Tom Boughey: 1/5 Stars 10/11/2019 Poor Duty of Care I have experienced by far the worst customer service I have ever had. I placed an order which wasn't delivered. So they raised a refund and it took them 2 months to refund me and they gave me different stories each time I called saying they they were waiting for Nike to refund them. A week later chasing again they magically said they have been sitting on the email for a week. Finally, I got my refund and they offered a £10 gift card. I am still waiting for it 3 weeks after raising it. Hands down worse customer care ever. JD Sports has not yet responded. Sharron Watson: 1/5 Stars 24/05/2019 Rubbish Been let down by JDSPORTS. Ordered in store, next day delivery. Two days in still not received. Emails ignored, phone staff unhelpful and live chats not really a live chat! So disappointed. So is my grandson when he didn’t get the trainers on his birthday JD Sports has not yet responded.
