Faiz Bandukiya: 1/5 Stars 30/01/2018 Fraudulant contract taken on name Hi, My Name is Faiz Please can i have some advice, In 2015 roughly i had some Fraudulent Activities going on on my name. I had reported this to Action Fraud. i received letter that there were investigating this.There was several phones taken from various company such as Vodafone, 02, T-mobile orange and Three also. I had reported this to my bank to action fraud told the police too and thereafter received letters from the company's that i have been a victim of identity theft and sorry for all the trouble there will amend all the accounts and get them updated and this would not affect me in any sort of way. although this was a very stressful time i had done what everyone asked me to do so. i have only ever had the one contract with three and which i am still paying for a as i have renewed contract . however my concern today is 02 have passed the so call debt to Lowell solicitorsto peruse me for a balance or a phone that i have never taken out. i have always requested from day one evidence of CCTV or proof of my signature stating i have signed for these so call contracts. i am honest hardworking and have always worked hard for my money. i do not need this headache. i have borrowed money in past however what i owed i paid back as agreed on time for example small loans. All the phones with the above company were taken on the same date. how and why am i that stupid to do this. i need your help as also this has been affecting me without my knowledge for many years.The bank has refunded me the various companys have amend this a fraud on the accounts , but just o2 Please can i have some advice or help urgently. David Newton: 1/5 Stars 22/07/2016 False claim for debt Lowell solicitors have been sending me letters for probably 2/3 years about a supposed debt (£758.15) about items bought from shop direct. I ignored them at first because i thought it was just another scam. I have since received letters saying a county court judgement will be put out against me. I have asked them to provide evidence i;e receipts,signed for items, bank details they would need or any documentation relating to my debt but they just send another letter saying the same thing over and over again. I wont be sending them anything but other people might be frightened into sending them money. I would welcome your input on this. Thanks David Newton. Lowell Solicitors has not yet responded. Ricky Usher: 1/5 Stars 28/12/2016 Complaint I've had 5 letters with thin a week also a text message reminding me about payments which is due in January which is harassment Lowell Solicitors has not yet responded. Mrs Gail K Cooper: 1/5 Stars 14/08/2015 Blind deaf and dumb I am fed up of telling lowells that I have never never had a credit account with j d Williams I have told them that but they never listen to me,my husband had one with them but not myself this has been going on for a long time back and forth . Myself and my husband are both disabled so if they transfer this into my husbands name then they will have to sort out a low repayment plan with him .I do hope you can sort this out for me as it is starting to get me down Lowell Solicitors has not yet responded.
