Oplex Careers is a waste of money because -their courses are out dated in my experience -they do not care about you as a customer as they willfully ignored 2 emails and my calls. -their internal processes are lacking and their customer services agents will make false promises. -they only care about getting your money and not giving you the best experience. -I feel I have been treated unfairly without recourse. I hope this helps someone make a better choice than I did! Oplex Careers has not yet responded. Miriam Carr: 1/5 Stars 11/02/2018 Useless Course I paid to do a course on Cat Anxiety and stress. It was described as a years course. I did it in 3 nights - 6 hours in total. I got 100% on all but one test on which I got 80%. It was nothing new - just basic common sense. I have no previous animal/cat training. Course material was full of spelling mistakes and grammatical errors. It was as though a non native English speaker had written it. Lots of it did not make sense. Each module also contained exactly the same information as previous modules. A total waste of money and a scam. I also paid for a second course. I do not wish to proceed if all their courses are this bad. Oplex Careers has not yet responded. Jason Gregg: 1/5 Stars 29/05/2017 Unresponsive, took money but no login! I paid for a course and was notified that I would receive login details but nothing arrived. I sent messages to the company but again, no response. This company seems to care more about collecting money that responding to complaints and I no longer trust them to deliver the course I paid for. In the internet age, whenever we make an online purchase online, I believe it is reasonable to expect a prompt response to enquiries or at least, to have a system in place to automatically progress from payment to enrollment - as most other efficient, reputable learning organizations seem to be able to do. Looks like I've wasted my money on this organization and I feel that others need to be aware of how they treat new students Oplex Careers has not yet responded.
