Gavin Fassett: 1/5 Stars 01/03/2020 Dishonesty I was tricked into what they said was an 18 month contract but turned out to be 36! They then phoned some time after to say that I am running dangerously low on data each month and can offer me more for £10 more each month, after agreeing they slammed a further 3 years into the contract! I have had the same iPhone 6 se for years now as a result! I refuse to even pick up the phone to them now for fear of being further ripped off plan.com has not yet responded. Karen Arevalo: 1/5 Stars 29/11/2019 Unhappy customer I am trying to terminate my contract early or at least reduce my monthly contract since I am losing my job. They have been very unhelpful and have told me I would have to pay £1200 to cancel which I cannot afford. I felt I was duped into signing up with them in the first place as I was at the time with O2 and had been for many years. Apparently they are a subsidiary and were able to get all my information from O2 making me believe it was O2 calling me. They were very pushy and I was busy. They give you this good deal saying price promise no vat added I left EE to go with them as it worked out cheaper and now they are going back on what they said. The sales advisor that I have been trying to get hold of is ignoring my calls I wonder why that would be eh?. He was quick enough to harass to get his commission no customer care in this company what so ever they blag a offer to you. Currently waiting for them to send all phone call recordings which no they arent not replying to my email. So I am wanting to take this further as that the sales advisor Harry did say Price Promise and no VAT to me. Shambles of a company. Should be shut down plan.com has not yet responded. Yvette N: 1/5 Stars 26/10/2019 Enter contracts with caution Be very careful when entering a contract with this firm. My bills are huge, being charged ridiculous amounts for services I do not use. This firm has caused me great financial problems. My advice would bt to avoid them at all costs. plan.com has not yet responded. Gerard Mckeever: 1/5 Stars 04/11/2016 Over charging My complaint is My mobile phone is with plancom of Manchester. But 02 is my network.my brother took a contract out for two yrs for two mobile fines .then decided he did not want them .but because I have been using my phone they are charging me for both phones being 100 a month. I have asked them for nearly two yrs to stop one of the mobile phones as it has not been used since contract was taken out .
