No decent model agency require a portfolio The studio scam you into paying for expensive portfolios which are not of high quality. They then put you in touch with model agencies they work with to scam you out of more money. Stay clear of this company!! If you wish to model go to a registered agency do not pay for a portfolio that is not needed!! The studio refuse to refund. The Studio Collective has not yet responded. Lady Lisa: 1/5 Stars 16/09/2019 Scammed conned I signed up my niece for this big modeling company .to get an interview for the studio collective in London I paid £50 deposit got there she had a photo shoot then went into a room and chose a package which was 1500 for a CD ,also a booklet photo card and pictures,and to get told that we would get interviews for companies we waited and waited paid the full money got told we didn’t have to do anything and that the companies would come to us,they made her a file up never heard anything.Once the money was finally paid I received a lousy CD with pictures i got told that the other companies would contact us with interviews and will get put forward for next,Coca-Cola and a lot of other companies this never happened and that we Haven’t heard from anyone since.Studio collective modelling agency in London or a bunch of con artists and scammers they promise you you will get interviews and to be a model and you get nothing all they’re interested in is the money I was scammed gutted because I lost £1500 and I won’t get that back so to whoever sees this please read all the other reviews and do not go to the interviews don’t be scammed like me and the rest of us, The Studio Collective has not yet responded. Hassan Khan: 1/5 Stars 19/12/2017 Scammers, liers and very very unprofessional Unprofessionalism at its peak. Believe it or not I was completely shocked and speechless with the way they dealt with me. I used to get a call every day from their staff that “you have a great potential and we are sure u will be selected because of your unique features and looks” damn when I went there i already started noticing how unprofessional they are the hair dresser didn’t knew anything I swear she was so useless photographer didn’t knew anything. The posses he was asking me to do made me laugh because he had no idea what he wanted to do!!!!!! And then the lady from upstairs comes and doesn’t tell u anything about been selected or no! Straight away “ you will earn this much and I will recommend u to invest in your portfolio” she started pressurising me but she didn’t know who she was dealing with. It’s so normal for them to rip of people sitting there cross legged doing nothing and just few words and u could tell and feel the fraud. I was looking into her eyes she didn’t had any shame. To all those who pays the money they earn by working very hard day and night please do not be pressurised look into their eyes and tell them We are not interested do not care and do not think that they spent some time on you by just clicking few buttons and putting a hair spray and makeup on your face. They do this all for purpose it’s their technique simply say no!!!! and walk away. To all the staff, You know why you all are stressed and unhappy in your life it’s bevause you rip off people those people who work hard to earn with dignity and spend with dignity. Useless time wasters unprofessional uneducated staff!!! The Studio Collective has not yet responded. Mimi Me: 1/5 Stars 28/11/2017 Scammers Photoshoot, which was told 4 hours - lasted less than 1. Was offered expensive portfolio, which is useless. Company, where all super professionals are known by name only, where business cards are written by hand and 1 land line phone number. Watchdog must revisit these rogues. Guys, change your address, to change company name is not enough already. The Studio Collective has not yet responded. Samantha Reynold: 1/5 Stars 26/09/2017 Portfolio scams Just want to make everyone aware this company is a scam and they were on watchdog. They want you to pay a deposit, I suggest you dont pay and ask them to not contact you again. The owner has changed the company name several times. They have work with luxe models, model guides, model factory, cocomodels and few others. RIP OFF THESTUDIOCOLLECTIVE IN OXFORD CIRCUS! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY GUYS!
