Your Warrentywise Reviews
John Edgar: 4/5 Stars 09/11/2019 Good for Warrantywise I claimed £619 for a replacement rear view camera on my Jaguar XF. I was refused because this part was not included in the the warranty plan brochure. I replied stating that nor was this part shown in the " Not Included Section " and the I I recently claimed £619 for a replacement rear view camera for my Jaguar XF. The claim was refused on the basis that this item was not in the Included Section in my Plan Brochure I pointed out that nor was it in the Not Included Section and that the information was misleading. The Company replied standing by their original position but as a long standing customer they would contribute £350 towards the cost of the repair. I thought this to be a very fair compromise and not one often forthcoming from the average Insurance Company.Thank you Warrantywise. Nurcan Traveller: 1/5 Stars 13/08/2019 don't buy it, they didn't cover anything. I bought an annual car warranty wise, I had claimed and my claim declined. My warranty is covering the engine parts, and my car broke down, Engine head was cracked on the valve body. Because of this valves failed and camshaft moved to other positions. That is why part replaced. Old 8 valves replaced. Head skim new head replaced. I had all replaced parts VAT invoices. I have the bronze cover and clearly, my policy shows that engine parts are covered. They did everything to wriggle out of a claim. It clearly states in their book that my problem was covered. I PAID £750. Warrantywise has not yet responded READ MORE: Shopping Guides & Tips | How to Avoid Scams & Online Shopping Problems |

Nick Thorne: 1/5 Stars 13/02/2018 Waste of time and money. I've covered less than 600 miles since buying a car covered by Warrantywise. The handbrake stuck on causing the rear wheels to get hot. The car had a full service and new MOT when I bought it but Warrantywise denied the claim saying it was wear and tear. How much could it have worn in 600 miles? As far as I'm concerned it's not worth the paper it's written on. Warrantywise has not yet responded. Rachael Coates: 1/5 Stars 18/01/2018 WARRANTYWISE DON'T COVER ANYTHING The 1st and last time I buy off this company. Utter thieves. Don't even cover basics like a micro switch to free the tailgate. Why send me to a garage with it if I'm not covered? So now I'm £125 out of pocket because they decided to decline the work done. Any warranty company would have passed this as the garage told me to appeal this decision as even the most basic warranty would cover this. UTTER SHARKS. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF WITH WARRANTYWISE LIKE I DID!!! Warrantywise has not yet responded. Peter Hopkins: 1/5 Stars 03/05/2017 Absolute sharks! Purchased 10 warrantees over a 2 month period spending almost £1000 with them so that my customers could have peace of mind after purchasing a car from me. The first customer who approached Warrant wise for a repair was fobbed off with some lame excuse as to why they would not pay for the repair. I ended up paying over £600 (trade) to repair the car myself on top of the cost for the bogus warranty. When I called warranty wise up to complain I was told that the service history was incomplete even though the car was serviced a week before the customer took the car and that the service history was very good with lots of stamps in the service book. I then pointed out that when taking out the warranty on their website it gave me the option to select part service history which was accepted and they went ahead and took my payment. Today someone from warranty wise called me and told me that only the last year of services is necessary! They change their rules on a daily basis. Finely, they told me to read their small print with regards to terms. They are typical in this industry, very happy to take payment but more than reluctant to fulfil a warranty! Total rip off merchants, I would not touch them with a barge pole! One of my customers told me a long time ago that a warranty is not worth the paper it’s written on, at the time I disagreed, how right he was. Warrantywise has not yet responded.
